Born a proud Mumbai-ite, Raj Kamble is a graduate of the Sir JJ School of Applied Art. He started his career at Enterprise Nexus/Lowe, Mumbai, where he went on to win half a dozen Clio Awards and three D&AD Silver Pencils in his formative years. He then moved to Lowe Howard Spink, London, where he worked on brands such as Stella Artois, Unilever, Nestle and Saab. After spending 2 years in London, he took up a new role as Creative Director at Lowe New York. His winning streak continued as he bagged One Show Gold and a Gold Lion at Cannes for his work for Stella Artois, Gillette and Light of Life Foundation. In 2010, BBDO New York hired him. His work titled ‘World’s Biggest Shave’ was talked about in the Financial Times, CNBC and the New York Times. 

After more than a decade in the business, Kamble moved back to his hometown, as the Managing Partner for BBH India where he handled accounts like Vaseline, Diageo, World Gold Council and Google Chrome, etc. He is now the Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Famous Innovations. In 5 years since its inception, Famous has created some iconic innovations for several Indian and Global brands, is a three-time winner of South Asia Independent Agency of the Year by Campaign India and was listed among the World’s Leading Independent Agencies in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Raj has cumulatively won more than 150 global awards including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, the Clio Award, the Andy Awards, ADFEST and Art Directors Club. He has been jury at Cannes, One Show, Adfest, etc. He has given lectures at institutes such as the Kellogg Institute of Management and Columbia University. He also runs Miami Ad School in India. Most recently, he has been elected to the Board of Governors at IIM-Kozhikode.

In a short amount of time, Nishad has already garnered a lot of experience and awards. Having worked with agencies like Ogilvy, Creativeland Asia, Famous, he has imparted his creativity to various brands such as Parle, Raymond, Nestle, Cipla, Mahindra, Titan Xylys, Piramal Realty, Vadilal, Miller, Forbes India, Times Network, Mumbai Indians, Zivame, Lakme, Tata Housing, Dainik Bhaskar, Communiti, Baggit, Livfast, The Scene, The New Directors Showcase, Aadyam Theatre, Barishh, Anarock, Doms, Rally For Rivers, D’Decor, Barc, UPL, Taneira, Snapdeal, Flipkart etc.

He believes that ideas can solve solutions and create an impact on the community we live in. He says, “Nobody is waiting for you to come up with a new campaign or an identity. No one cares where it is coming from. But if it is good, it will make the noise.”

When he is not working, Nishad likes to drive, travel and explore and absorb the place and culture wherever he goes. He works on personal projects which bring about a small change around him or the society, and he also dabbles into abstract art when he is free. Nishad has been a National-level football player, State-level badminton, table tennis, softball, and Kabaddi player as well.

Ameya Lokhande comes with 17+ years of experience in the industry. Having worked in agencies like Ogilvy, Happy mcgarrybowen, Lowe Lintas, McCann Erikson & Pratisaad Communications, he has created more than a mark with an array of brands, namely – Flipkart, Amazon, Jabong, Duroflex, BharatBenz, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, Fastrack. He has also been involved in the launch of Ola, Mobikwik & Bluestone in India.

Seeing his work on-air is the ultimate motivator for him. The fact that he gets to learn and work on something new every single day is what gets him going.

He is an ardent fan of cricket and has also been a state-level Tennis and Basketball player. He also enjoys meeting new people and experiencing the cultures and lifestyles of different people around the world.

Creative Director

With 12+ years of experience in the industry, Vinit has worked with Brand David, Creativeland Asia, Ogilvy, Condé Nast India, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, Chimp&z Inc and Famous Innovations. He has worked on big brands such as Appy Fizz, LMN, Saint Juice, Cafe Coffee Day, Audi, Hippo, Vodafone, L&T, Idea, Pillsbury, Borosil and Tata Sky, among others. 

Vinit finds that each day is a new challenge, especially when it comes to digital. To him, it’s not just about staying relevant in an ever-evolving environment, it’s about adapting to it and learning to thrive. Also, he enjoys being surrounded by highly talented people in their respective fields.

When he is not working, Vinit watches and plays football, although he believes that he is far better at the watching part. He also follows cricket, Formula 1 and tennis. He is a huge science-fiction reader and a gamer in his spare time.
